The LM-1 meter showed up so Blair and I welded on a bung and proceeded to tune the 76 car with its 2056cc. My tune by the ear MPS was only off by alittle bit but the adjustments I made really helped to make the car run nice at cruise and WOT.
The idle is still fucking with me but I will work on it more when time allows.

Note: With the 9550 cam and a 2056cc motor the MPS setting end up being the 037 MPS settings EXCEPT for the idle. The lower idle manifold vacuum of 12hg makes the ECU set the idle too rich even turning the knob max lean. I will play with setting up the idle for 12 instead of stock 15hg, maybe that will give me some leaway to adjust it.

Its alot of fun to drive around logging in the A/F mix and rpms so you can see whats going on just like the big boys with the Megasquirt.. driving.gif

With the MPS setup right the engine really kicks ass with tons of power. The short gears are a blast to run thru at WOT on the freeway on ramps.

Got to get this running right before I leave for two months so I have good memorys instead of nightmares about Djet. yellowsleep[1].gif
