Well I took the plunge, I've been searching for the right car for almost 15 years, 2 years dillegently, and I purchased sight un-seen. That being said, a member of the 914 club did a PPI for me (thanks Kevin), and everything checks out.

It's a 1970 914-6 with factory steel GT flares. It is (as the add indicated) a basketcase. It will require a complete stripdown, and bolt-by-bolt restoration. My intent is to make a GT replica, or close to it.

It came with the following extras:
New 916 fiberglass rear bumper/valence
New 914-6GT fiberglass bumper/valence with cutout for oil cooler and flared to match fenders
New fiberglass ducktail rear spoiler
New fiberglass rockers to match flares
New poly bushings for suspension
New turbo lower valve covers
New short shift kit
New bump steer kit
New Weltmeister 160# rear springs
New oil thermostat for remote cooler
New AJ Racing 1 5/8” headers
RX-7 Oil cooler
Original steel bumpers and caps
2+ 914 transmissions
Original steel wheels
Additional engine lid cut for extra cooling
Konig racing seat
Momo steering wheel
Original steering wheel
’74 2.7S engine
Original 914-6 transmission
Original exhaust heat exchangers
Extra engine lid
Complete original interior
2 complete 914 transmissions plus 3 case and gear set
1970 Porsche 914-6 VIN 9140431724 rolling chassis
4 original steel wheels
4 BBS Mahle wheels
Original front and rear bumpers with caps
Extractor exhaust system
1 pair 911 alloy front calipers with hubs
Factory toolkit

Here are some pics - as it was at the original owner home.
