I spend a couple of hours today doing some reverse engineering. I got my fuel rail extrusion cut into 8 inch sections. Measured where the fuel inlets would be mounted for the fuel injector side of the fuel rail then I drilled and tapped the holes to except the nipples that the injector hose will be fitted to. All toll the total cost to make these rails was about 43 bucks. All thats left for me to do is to powdercoat the rails and thats it....... Hour and a halfs work, 43 bucks and you have an updated fuel rail,,, hellva lot better than paying 200 buks for the same thing.
