Wow - I haven't checked this topic out for a while... great ideas and great list of varied body work...but what I was looking for is a picture like the red car with the GT bumper, but the paint scheme of the Gulf 917. I am thinking that this would look soooo tight (my 13 yr old's influence!) with a black and orange bumper paint scheme.

Any body good with photoshop?

This...

thats like the fiberworks bumper. I can see where they got their inspiration.

No scott, the lines should be much more rounded, with a slight crispness to them. It needs to flow like the 916 rear bumper and the hph flares. Im thinking one crisp defining line at the top, and smooth curves on the way down.

and it will be pulled in closer to the body than the 916 bumper or that bumper shown. Giving it a short track look and feel.

Yup, I think it needs a bigger intake as well..

but those crisp lines dont work with my body lines anyways..

Let me see if I can find something that does work.

I'm having this bumper and air dam built into a 1-piece carbon fiber clip. They will be available for purchase in a month or two.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/clap56.gif) Hoorah! Finally something new-ish in the 914 body mod options. But I thought there was talk of a CF shortage due to the AirBus production or something? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/confused24.gif)

Make sure and have a few FG versions made up for the CSOB contingent..... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif)

Cool.
Any idea of a ballpark price yet?
Gotta good connection for sourcing CF eh? (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/cool.gif)
