Anyone have a picture of the pivot point of a late model window regulator. Mine came apart and I am trying to peen the gear mechanism back on to the regulator. I want to make sure that I have it right and do not want to pull the other regulator.

Thank you,
Dan

When that part failed on my Super Beetle I had to get another one. Similar, almost the same really, mechanism.

do you have a pic that is farther out so we can see what area you need help with. I would say you can fix it but it would be easier to get a new/used one.

there is like a little cap the shaft of the crank goes through that is crimped on there. It is sealed up with grease inside. Oops, yours broke on the other end
