Can anyone let me know where do I connect the Voltmeter so I can get the best reading... I am not to familiar with the electronics.. thanks... For the best reading, run new wires to your battery. Any 12V+ switched wire will give you a good enough reading. Automotive voltage gauges do not have a fine enough callibration to worry about. You can compare the reading with a digital voltage meter (like a Fluke). Just make sure your system reads between 13-14 volts at 2000 rpm. Most vehicle electrical charging systems do not make good voltage below 1500 rpm. |

The battery is the best place, but you'll need to run it through a relay or it'll be on all the time. The Cap'n
