What's the best way to finish this? I cannot find the stock flange for the SS bushing anywhere. I have all of the proper SS conversion parts. I also bought an aftermarket bushing, but it's going to need some kind of adapter plate and additional work to fit and function properly with the stock parts. I even kept the old tailshift bushing flange from the original firewall thinking I may mount it to a plate and then sleeve the sideshift rod to work with a tailshift bushing. Im stuck. I need to rethink this entirely and figure out something that is going to work. All options are on the table. How would you finish this if it was your car?

TIA

I believe that Pelican sells a bushing for early cars that have been converted to SS. However, if it were my car, I would see if there is anybody out there with a parts car that has the factory SS flange.

Well, that was easy (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I'll take it! Where do I send funds?
