That is a beautiful item. With parts number label to boot ! And correct wing nuts and hardware.
Most originals are scratched on top from careless handling in shops or melted below from backfires and carb fires.
It'll be tough to install with the snorkel faced in that direction !
Whose dyno ? Sweet !

Thanks, most likely, it will only be used at shows, since I still have the one that came on the car, which isn't too bad, but when the chance for an NOS one, with all the hardware, I couldn't pass it up..
The Dyno is i-Systems. He use to build Bob Snodgass's (Brumos) 59 914-6 engines and Klub Sports..

My clone is based off a 74, but I have a "six" dash going in, Recaro race seat out f a friends former 914-6 GT race car, 930 susp & brakes, factory flares, ect, still need GT styled door panels & GT manual head light openers.
The engine is a big port 3.0 with 46 Webers (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

Not trying to pee in the Cheerio's but shouldn't the snorkel go the other way? All the six boxes I've seen have the snorkel behind the passengers seat.

Nice score though... very nice.
