For 44k, at least the dash should be perfect. Pretty much every corner of the car will need surgery. Deep pockets required.

I posted that CL one on facebook yesterday too. Tough to judge without pics, but I think if that car is anything decent, the seller is going to get offers for much more than asking price unless someone shows up with cash in hand quickly.
