Are these those rollers in the guide? Found one in the bottom of the door split in two. Appears there is a roller already in there, or is there more than one in each door?

There are 4 per car 2 on each window. Part of the scissor assembly not sold alone. That's why we made them (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

Actually not too bad. The nylon old ones tend to come off in pieces, but if they don't they can be popped off with a pliers. You can use a pliers to press the new ones on. They will not break, but it takes less pressure if you drop them in hot water for about a minute.
