Hello All,

Update:

I created a page for the rings. There are 4 options to select:

Early 914 Polished Finish
Early 914 Brushed Finished
Late 914 Polished Finish
Late 914 Brushed Finish

This page will be open until August 8 for the group buy for $45.00 and the price will change to $55.00 per set after August 8.

Please note: after it's closed, it will be about 6 weeks until the rings are made and can be shipped.

If you like to participate in the group buy, please order from the web page before August 08, 2020. See link to web page below.

Aluminum Gauge Trim Rings for Porsche 914

I'm planning to add these polished dial ring to my products. I have currently dial trim rings available for the 911 models, and wondering if there is any interest in such sets for the 914.

I got the first set installed for testing in my 76 914. Below are some pictures. These are polished Aluminum rings and they can be installed without glue or double sided tape. The price for the set of 3 for the main gauges will be $55 shipped within US. The group buy price would be discounted at $45 if I get 10 or more. These are for the late model 74 - 76 at this time, and the earlier model rings will be available as well.

These rings are made in Europe.

Any feedback is appreciated
Thanks

You should also think about getting rings made for the center console gauges. I remember a thread where members were looking for them.

Made in Europe......so, us Europeans can also join in the groupbuy shipped from Europe to us ? Then we save the shippingcosts from EU to USA first and from USA to EU to get to us (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

On the late model gauges the rings are not as deep as on the early gauges.
Left is the early with silver dot, right is the late model gauge.

I’ll take a set for my 73. Now, if only they were brushed to match the silver center on the early models, that would be amazing.

Thanks for the interest.

It looks like we will have the following options:

Early Model Polished, Early Model Brushed finish. These are the gauges with the deep ring.

Late Model Polished, Late model Brushed finish.

I will leave this open for the next 2 weeks, until August 8, 2020.

I also let you know about the small rings for the center console. Since I did not had a chance to try them myself it will be at a later time.

Thanks
Engelbert

Interested in a set, plus the two smaller outer 911 gauges.

@rothaus How are they attached, if not with glue or double-sided tape?

They are holding mechanically, and can be removed if needed.

If you need a set for 911, they are available at 911 Dial Rings

Thanks
