Doe anyone have a reliable source for a gold (early) 914-6 rear trunk panel badge?

Thanks

Surprised these are hard to come by—thought both the long Euro "914-6 VW Porsche" and the North American "914-6" were both available.

A quick search suggests no—and I can't seem to find old ads for them either.

Can you make them like the early car's gold color?
No gold right now , only bare aluminum.

Yep, no gold option right now. I am waiting for a gold letter to arrive from a generous 914World member that has donated one to me. (thx Sergio) so that I can try to duplicate.

That one 914-6 emblem on eBay looks horrible. You'd think they'd clean it up before posting.

I bought the Euro version 3 years ago from Sierra Madre, first rate quality. They still list those, the US version says "Currently unavailable".

Hm. So what's fair market value for a nice NOS U.S. "914-6" badge?

Please don't tell me!

Some 15+ years ago i cut up a NOS (Euro) 914-6 badge to make a 916 badge.

It would be pretty simple to make a good duplicate. We are already doing the other 914 ones in gold silver and black.
Highly polished and finished if I could do 50 I could do them in the $35-40 range.
