Refinishing Fuch Alloy Wheel Bolts
What should I be looking for? Clear Zinc Plating? Should the bolts be wire brushed or blasted prior to plating? What company would you recommend for the plating? Thanks for your help. |

Some of the bolts were chromed and some were clear zinc plated. I use a wire wheel and clean them up as much as possible. I use a flat file and fix any edges that need to be flattened. My chrome guy gets $5 a bolt.

I have always had them clear zinc plated. Wire wheel the threads to get them clean and smooth.
