QUOTE(seanery @ Oct 14 2003, 09:48 PM) Looks nice Joseph! Thanks Sean, and others! Well.....as you pointed out Sean, it would look a lot better if James had parked his car correctly (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif) Plus Andy's not waving. LOL. Probably wore his arm out! Everyone went thru hell getting their car in the right spot and it was also confusing because the walkie-talkies were too garbled to communicate clearly with. Ron, the guy on the dam that was directing people said it was like trying to herd kittens! As you have probably already noticed, we did a little editing in PS. I will have a higher res version later to share. ANYONE on this board is MOST welcome to it for personal use (just not commercial usage). Thanks to everyone that helped with their cars and patience. |

I swear it was NOT MY FAULT!! I stopped where Ron told me to. Then they started sorting colors. Sean pulled BACK to my car and the outside cars pulled in. I was set up -- FRAMED I tell you! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/headbang.gif)

Nice photo!
Anyone notice that red is the most popular color? And fastest, too! I counted: 8 red, 7 yellow, 3 orange, 2 blue, 2 silver, 2 black, 2 white, 1 green, and 1 aubergine (color?, fourth car from the right, top line). Mike |

there were a couple cars that didn't make the foto.
1 yellow car (craig) 1 silver car (lyressa & brad) I, too was surprised at all the red cars, I just never thought of 914's as red cars, but there were lots! |

QUOTE(maf914 @ Oct 15 2003, 05:09 AM) 1 aubergine (color?, fourth car from the right, top line). I think that car (fourth from right on top behind Charlie's green car) is Richard Fischer's maroon car. The car two more back from that was brown with gold metallic. Oh, and 3 blue and 1 black (the car in the lead was Ron Mott's 3.6 dark blue car). |

Looks like I missed a few colors! (IMG:style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif)
I called the navy black. Metallic brown? That sounds like a 70's color. You still see a few brown 70's 911's around. I mistakenly called it red from the photo. Mike |

It's an interesting rust metallic color. Really rich.
