Are you looking for some new shocks and/or springs?
PM me if you are. Also, are your tie rods shot? that could certainly destroy the steering feel |

EXACTLY what tire brand, style, and size do you have? (include aspect ratio, like 50 series or 60 series)
And what air pressure do you keep in them? How old are the shocks? Do you have either front or rear sway bars? What spring rate on the rear? Stock torsion bars on the front? Lets start with what you have........ And go from there. This way we are all starting on the same page. Clayton |

QUOTE neither of my 914's have sways bars at all Bingo. QUOTE feels like a boat My 914-6 was like a Chris Craft w/o the sway bar. That nice flat hood only seems to accentuate the problem. Stock Sway Bar makes all the difference in the world. Tires as well. Then shocks. |

Less tire height would make a difference. Someone has mentioned that 50 and 55 series tires don't handel much differently for street use. 55 look better in the wheel well though. Without a front sway bar and heavy shocks in the back, they all act like waterbeds and lean around turns (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beer.gif) .
