Custom made and painted for me out of resin. It's about 11 inches long.
It's a cross-section model (only about 1 inch thick!) Anyone care to guess where it came from and how I found it? Attached image(s) |

Ha! Funny... but I don't think they do anything "custom" there. They took the "custom" out of customer!

I'm probably going to make some sort of framed display with it... Maybe with a before and after picture of the conversion... serial number...
I don't know... Here's another clue... I found it through a really unique website posted on 914club about 3-4 months ago. |

Oh... VegasRacer is smart....
The "builder" doesn't speak English. Luckily I have a friend that can read and write Japanese. (He has an IBM laptop that can type Kanji (Japanese characters). He acted like my translator. Unfortunately, I don't think the builder wants to make a business out of this. He does it in his spare time. |

QUOTE(kellzey @ Dec 29 2003, 06:40 PM) Oh... VegasRacer is smart.... What did I win? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_flagge24.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smilie_pokal.gif) I have surfed / shopped / translated most of the European 914 sites, so I knew it was not from there. Nice score Karl. |
