Does anybody recognize this 914 or know who owns it? It was for sale on ebay a while ago. I'd like to know if a body kit was used or if this was all custom.

Could this be Reddawgracing's kit?

Ed,

Maybe you'd like a kit more like this? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

Got one! I even have a spare trunk lid with that exact ugly whaletale....even painted with the same striping scheme as mine.

What magazine did that come from? Can you copy the article and send it to me?

Ed, I knew I'd seen your car design somewhere before! Thought that was it.
Always dreamed about having the red one with a V8 stuffed in the back....

I'll email you. May need to tread lightly on a public forum with magazine photos.

I have this magazine, and love this 914 shakeup body work. This is the first image of a 914 I seen which put the passion in me as a young guy. I still have the magazine, I got it back in I think around 1982. The magazine was PORSCHE Classics no.3 I wish there were more images of this 914. I liked the 914 ever since. Now its 2007 and I just recently bought my first 914, took me this long. I wish I could make mine look like this, but I had to start somewhere.
