A couple years ago, Brad Mayeur (914LTD) welded in Weltmeister front sway bar mounts while replacing fuel lines in my '74 2.0. I already had U-tabs on my A-arms.

I finally got around to getting a set up to install and went with a stock. I believe that would be a 15mm, right?

I need to buy bushings for this. It seems to me that I need 4 drop link bushings and 2 cup bushings, but wanted to make sure that was all I need. Is that all? (I figured to get them from Pelican Parts.)

My other question is: Does the gas tank have to be removed to install the bar, or is the tank removal only required for installing the mounts?

Thanks!

You got it.
15mm is the factory stock size.
You should be able to push the bar through one size and out the other without removing the tank.
4 droplink and 2 cups will do it.
