Hi there,

As winter job, I am planing to upgrade the suspension on my 6, which is stock.
In fact, I also own a 4 2.0L . As the body is to be restored next year, I have all the suspensions already restored ( sand blasted, black epoxy painted, new shocks ) and fitted with Elephant racing polybronze kits.

My question is: are the main parts (struts, wishbones, torsion bars and so on ) the same on the 4 and on the 6 ? And if differents, will they fit ?

Thanks for your help,
Jeff

early struts 1972.5 and earlier are different from the later ones.
Early rotors and clipers are also different and so are the ball joints.
the later setup has a better ball joint.

I think the torsion bars and thus the a-arms and adjusters are all different between the /6 and the /4
The /6 is a 911 T setup I believe.

Anything will fit on either chassis, but you cant mix and match struts, rotors, calipers and ball joints...they go as as set.
