The fog lights and heated rear window actually use the same switch
only the logo in the cap is different

Is the bulb replaceable ? Tried to pry the green botton up, but it s in there pretty good. This appears to be an original switch; mostly metal-not plastic

The black plastic surround should pry back a bit so you can remove the disk. Maybe you can soften it up with a heat gun.
