I think they are about the same length (within a couple of inches at least).
Oh, speaking of length.... my penis vanished around 3:15 pm (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/ohmy.gif) |

The sunflower yellow of the 914 looks so blah against the yellow on the Lotus...

Yes....
Weather was nice today... took the car out for a couple of hours. Kids seem to get the most kick out of it. Got compliments from some guy in a new C6 vette (also yellow). Tomorrow, we get some extra nursing help for Hunter and the wife and I will take it out for 2-3 hours... (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) I might go for a spin tonight too... Lots of fun. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/mueba.gif) Sorry I couldn't give you a ride in Savannah, Miles! Maybe next time. |

Qarl:
Don't know about the penis (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif) but I do like the yellow color of the elise. Why don't you reshoot the 914? What is the elise color called? |

I think it's 'Penis-Shrink Yellow' Seriously, Saffron Yellow is the color. Looks a lot nicer in person. Very fun car. I drove a friends last month in Miami. (Chrome Orange) I don't understand why anyone would want to spend $60K on a Corvette, when they can have one of these for about the same. Congrats. |

Qarl - Is the Sunflower Yellow on the 914 the same Sunflower Yellow that VW uses on the new Beetles? If it is, do you have a color code for it? My Teener is supposedly this color, but I can't find a color code so I can get some matching paint.

Qarl,
Very nice car man, I hope you are having a ball with it. However that garage is wayyyy toooo clean. You must be a neat-nik to the extreme. I spend a normal 30 minutes tearing my garage up and three hours scrubbing and cleaning. |

I'm no fan of yellow... but I think the 914 yellow is a bit brighter. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) Nice car, Qarl! (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif) -Rusty (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smoke.gif) |

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/mad.gif) You people make me sick. With your money and your multiple cars with ONE color paint and no rust and no broken pieces. You should be disgusted with yourselves. Have you no compasion for yuor fellow man. Keep piling up the cars and posting pics of them and make us poor guys feel inadequit.
DAMN that car looks good. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif) But I do like the teener yellow better. Elise is a little hmmmm orangy?? Congratulations. And before i get flamed the other stuff was in jest.........or was it (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/rolleyes.gif) |
