Allen, I hate to break this to you now, but your engine bar is in backwards.

And in the picture showing the clutch, it looks like you are missing a piece (Very important piece) of engine tin.

Hhmmm, that is how the engine bar was installed when I got it. Aren't the clutch and speedo cables supposed to route through it? And what piece of engine tin are you referring to? If you are talking about the piece that attaches to the tranny for the clutch, I just haven't put it on yet. If that's not what you are referring to please elaborate.

The big hole in the engine bar is for the shift rod to go through. The little hole on the other side is for the speedo cable. The way you have it, you can't hook up the shift linkage.
The tin I think that he is referring to is the one that wraps around the rear of the cylinder head. It needs to be there to help with the cooling. You REALLY need it on that side 'cause that is #3, the hottest running cylinder on the car. BTW.. I didn't notice the engine bar at first...... And I love the way the engine looks. Great Job..... I noticed the missing tin on #3 cylinder too, but it looks like it's there on the pic with the backwards engine bar. I'll bet that bar could be turned around without dropping the motor.
