Just put in a new 914 Rubber easy install MC and I have a slow drip from the banjo washers. I've cinched the hollow bolt down pretty tight (manual says 18 ft lbs) and it still leaks.
I think I need to replace the washers...anyone know the right size (one is bigger that the other) and source for these? Thanks for any suggestions. |

...anyone know the right size (one is bigger that the other) and source for these? Inner is 10x16x1.5, outer is 12x16x1.5. Belmetric.com sells both. The M12 washer comes in several outside diameters... You may want to buy a few 18mm OD, just in case my aging memory is off by a few mm. https://www.belmetric.com/solid-copper-gaskets-c-11_91/ |
