There should be a plastic piece that fits over ~3/4 of the lower edge so you're not scraping your hand up or nicking a fuel line should you have to pull some of it out.
Once you get the tank back in, use the access opening to feel if you've got a line kinked. |

Once you get the tank back in, use the access opening to feel if you've got a line kinked. And a kinked fuel line in that area will leave you on the side of the road wondering (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) (Ask me how I know) |
