ok... so in my last thread, i had a fog light problem, a non working oil idiot light, and the starter wouldnt kick in.

2 of 3 were related to each other.

foglights... i did the demicks wiring mod, 1B.
Demick's fog light wiring mod.

well... 1B doesnt work. connected to pin 15 and switches light up, but dont kick in the fog light relay....
so i did 1a, moved it over to pin K, and voila! it works.

now... for the starter and oil pressure light.....
imagine that they are connected somehow.... gee.. where could it be..... OH DUH! the relay board. the 10? pin connector toward the rear of the board. pulled it off, pull the cover off the receptical, filed the male pins on the board... manually seated each pin....

and VOILA!!!! they both work now.

the ONLY thing needing to be done before driving is fuel hose.... i got 3/8 when i needed 5/16. no biggy. tomorrow should be finish all teh little stuff and drive day (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

Good goin. I really would like to see it at Joe's. Are you going to trailer it over there? I doubt I'll have much time for any side trips.

AA, electrical gremlins don't die, they migrate and show up when least expected. Worship the Gremlin God, and do not, under any circumstances, post a cartoon likeness of him.
