Guys if you have a photo of the cables under you SIX or ? please post them here or e-mail them to me at kerrys914@yahoo.com

I am looking for a routing that works. I have a SIX and need to resolve some routing/binding problems with the throttle cable.

I would like to see the firewall and the attachment to the engine

Cheers (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/blink.gif)

If you search here and also on the Pelican site there are picts of my race car six conversion from underneath. I think one side shows cable routing, but the throttle cable I use is a four cylinder one without all that bellcrank mess.

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smilie_pokal.gif) Thanks alot (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

The the throttle cable bend after the firewall is my major worry. I need to make sure I am routing it in a popular manner since my last cable broke at the firewall due to a routing it straight back, I think (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/wacko.gif)

What type of bell crank are you using?

Cheers and se you in Hershey (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/smile.gif)

(IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) Looks like your throttle cable routes to the driverside of the engine and then back to the clutch pulley housing, is that correct? Is that a DIY bellcrank going on there. (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif)

I could put the cable more on the passenger side (and probably will), but I have needed to drain my engine a few times as of late and the cable stays in the way if I reverse the adel clamp.

I am using all stock stuff except that my bell crank is a reversed 911 crank. I unwelded it and reweldedit to be propper.

Whats up with the (IMG:http://www.914world.com/bbs2/html/emoticons/dry.gif) face?
