Hit the bridge abuttment, flipped, split her head in two. Yeah the pics showed her scalp hanging out of the window (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif) (IMG:style_emoticons/default/icon8.gif) Apparently it was fairly recent. |

OH YEAH it be totaled. I have pics of it upright that I WON'T post. VERY graphic as the girl is still in the car and her head is.......well you've seen Gallagher with a pumpkin right? I don't know where the pics originally came from. My friends wife sent he and I the pics with a STERN warning about our speeding (IMG:style_emoticons/default/unsure.gif) Problem is, the speeding wasn't as big of a problem here as was the IDIOTIC driving and the lack of experience. Police report apparently said she was swerving in and out of traffic and had cut off several people before clipping the Honda |

So this 18 year old steals her fathers car, is traveling 100 MPH on the highway hits a Honda injuring the driver and now the family is suing the state for $20 million? If I were the driver of the Honda, I would sue the family to get anything they win from the state.

I did a search and it looks like they have all pulled the photos, guess they don't
want to be named in the suit. You could post in the sandbox, its where they would belong anyway. |

They're suing for the accident scene photos being leaked out. For $20 million??? Their child did a very irresponsible thing and could have very easily killed someone else and the family is suing over some photos? Like I said, I hope the Honda driver sues the family for whatever they win from the state. Guess who gets to ultimately pay that $20 million? Maybe the pics should be on the front page. Maybe it would prevent another 18 year old from doing something stupid. |

Is it just me, or are supercars too safe? Not enough of these accidents are fatal. And before you think I'm kidding, I'M NOT!! These rich assholes who came into a truckload of money through luck or corporate cock-sucking and think they actually deserve it, also think that they're invincible. And when they survive a crash at 100+ MPH, it only perpetuates that theory. They think that they survived simply because they're badass, and they'll just go out and do it again, and kill someone else in the process. I wouldn't mind a bit if that herd were to be thinned out a little.... a lot! Apparently the 911 princess was raised by mommy and daddy to think the exact same way.
Am I REALLY saying that supercar manufacturers should cut safety features out of their cars? No. But there should be a severe punishment for destroying such beautiful works of art and endangering so many, just because you can't keep you ego in check. <Rant over> Mark D. |

It appears to have happened last Halloween. I hope the Honda owner sues, and the fact that the photos were leaked onto the net. Well, that's just tough and hard to fight in this day and age. The fact that some sick people actually emailed the photos to family members is wrong though. I don't know how you're supposed to teach young people to drive safer. I know plenty of people my age who are terrifying to drive with. Do they need a wake up call somehow? How do you give it to them? I myself am as cautious as possible while driving. I know what the results can be. |
