The article that inspired the location...........

".......make sure your shifting hand is in good working order, because the 29-mile section toward town is a mountainous playground of short chutes and switchbacks, characterized by sheer rock faces and a few ridge passes so narrow that the vertigo-challenged should keep eyes straight ahead........ "

The highlight color is "sand". Best I could do. I was looking for something that would more closely match the red/orange/iron-ish sandstone color of southern Utah, but all of the reds were too dark on a monitor and washed out the secondary title text. I might try a look again later tonight. I'd like to see it on a couple of different monitors also.

Giddyup! Looks like a great location. Closer for NorCal & SoCal. So they have no excuses. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Longer trip for AZ (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) Anyone have a quick way around that little ditch at the north end of our state?

Just this last weekend I was participating in the PCA-SVR CRAB weekend. There was a person from PCA-SNR there who was organizing a tour that was going to do the US 50 route all the way across the state. This would be the route for us NorCal guys. He said it was one of the most interesting drives you could do. Extreme rural Nevada. Sounds like fun. I hope I can make this one.

I'm planning on it, just hope the car is back together. Went to the painters end of Nov and he said it would be done by the end of Jan. Talked to him on Monday and he said another month.

Current condition A/O about 3 weeks ago.- not really much progress but lots of excuses.

Yes and he's on my payroll. My 911 goes to him next week for some touch ups.

He painted my white six, and did work on my signal orange, anyone that has seen either car can attest to his quality of work.

Hijack over.

See you guys in Utah (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif)

I can attest to that, and the paint is sooo good that application and removal of copious quantities of blue tape have no discernible effect.....
