OK, I tried this in one of the nailed topics but got zero responses, so I'll try it here.
I always thought that all 914 ash trays were the same - wrong! Somewhere along the line they changed. I have my original 72 as my basis point, and a ? that I bought from eBay (nice, but totally different. Can we get pics of every model year ash tray? Want to find out when they changed. Don't car if it's ugly or pristine - just take a pic & post it. Pat |

Yeppir, you can pick them up cheaply, but if they're wrong for your CW 914 you'll just have to re-sell them, as I will need to do with the "non-smoker" unit that I bought.
