Long story...short recap:
74 LE burned down (IMG:style_emoticons/default/sad.gif) I was jones'ing for 914 so I bought a 73 1.7L, then I blew the 1.7's engine! So I repaired/rebuilt LE engine & put it in the 73 as a driver Then I started the resto on LE & needed the # matching engine so... out it comes and order the OC 2056 Along happens a 2 car deal with a fresh 1.7L in one, & the other a bad 2.0L I update the 1.7's motor with 96's & slap on the 2.0L liter heads, FI & exhaust from the other motor = nice 1911 driver. The OC 2056 wasn't done/delivered so I bolted up the 1911cc to the 73. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif) I reluctantly sold that car and the LE is 99.999% done, so its time to off the spares. |
