Well......see attached pic.
The problem is not where you welded to the rear bulkhead but on the other side where the bulkhead attaches to the long.....basically, it doesn't.....well, maybe a little bit. All is not lost, however. Extend your upper doubler plate thru the bulkhead and tie it into the tower. Obviously you'll have to cut the bulkhead away to get at it. You are not doing anything that others here haven't done. For your own sake, ask questions.....or you can just tell me to piss off and I won't bother you nomo.
