I met this old ferrari guy who took me through his photo album and pointed out all the cars he had totalled in his years.
He thought it was funny. what have you crashed that you wished you still had? |

Ok, some of you know the 91 west, just past Corona? Green River I think. In the morning it runs along pretty good until you get close to there. I was on my way to work in my 1985 F-250 4X4 diesel. 38" Dick Cepek's and a 10" lift. So I could see very well. A chick in a Benz cuts in front of me and starts digging in her purse.
I can see over her that the brake lights were starting to come on and the traffic was starting to gather. So I let off the throttle and tapped the brakes to let the people behind me know what was up. Just then the chick in the Benz looked up from her purse, saw the brake lights (100 yards ahead) and I guess she thought she was closer, she slammed on the binders. Now if you have never driven a Benz they have brakes like our cars and stop on a dime. Where as an F-250 with materials and tools in the back does not. I wish I had a picture of this for you but I wasn't thinking to clear afterwords so I'll do my best to paint a picture...Ever seen Bigfoot crush a car? My rear tires where on her trunk, fronts on her hood. It might have been fun if the car was a little lower and unoccupied. She was fine but I was beat up a bit, wrong safety harness for that. |
