You gotta love those CA winters ... (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)
Lifted the car cover today, drained all the water out of the trunk, checked the oil, turned the key and vroooom, she fired right up after sitting for two months. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/piratenanner.gif) Hail to modern fuel injection! I'll be driving her to the car wash tomorrow and clean her all up for the breakfast on saturday. CA has WINTERS? Whats that below 60 degrees. It's obvious you Georgia folk don't really understand the hardships winter puts on us Californians. Although I live down south (just south of LA) it still can be pretty tough! For example, on Tuesday morning it was a freezing 46 degrees in my ride to work! Combine that with some serious rain sprinkles in the three or four preceeding days, and you can only imagine what we have to content with. And quite frankly, although it should hit the mid-70s today, the ocean is still at about 58 degrees. That can cause some serious shrinkage while surfing... Not pretty. Eric (IMG:style_emoticons/default/type.gif) No kidding....These California winters can be a bitch. I actually had to take the top off the 914 for a weekend drive due to the warm tempatures. Can wreak havoc on the wifes hair. |
