 OT: What could cause brakes to squeal when you're NOT using them? |

It's happening on a friends car. I know if you're using them, the squeal is from the indicator tab rubbing on the rotor, but I've never heard of them squealing when you're not using the brakes.
It's a Mitsubishi Galant- 2003 but I'm not sure on the year. Thanks in advance! |

Orange914- I don't know for sure what kind of pads are on the car- we'll have to get things apart to find out. |
