I've been having this issue with my turn signals. Sometimes they would work and sometimes they didn't (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif) I thought maybe it was the switch so I swapped it out with another one I have but it didn't help. Actually they don't work at all now. I cleaned the metal on the steering wheel that contacts the turn signal switch. I checked my fuses and they are all good. I did notice that if I had the turn signal on with the key on the side marker light will stay on. Any suggestions on what to do next. I'm at a loss! thanks Scott |

I did what you said and grounded the black/white wire on the brake light bulb socket and it did flash. I could also hear a clicking sound. So does this mean the emergency flasher switch is bad. I also checked the connections under the dash and they are tight. I found the ground under the dash and it is also tight. The bulbs up front were a little corrided and I had to rip them out with pliers. I put new ones back in. I also checked the rear lights and they are ok. Please let me know.. I miss (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif) thanks Scott |

Which I supect is your problem. There are two black/green wires one for the right turn signal the other is for the flasher. You may also have a bad turn signal switch. |
