Hey guys. Doing a 5 lug conversion and purchased a pair of 3" struts off the bird board. They must be boge struts but they are painted green. When looking them over I found the ball joint attachments were different on each of the struts. One looks to have the same bolt thru arrangement as the early 914 struts I removed. The other strut looks to have the pin type later ball joint. Would it matter if I used these struts on my car with the different ball joints. I hope this is not a stupid question.
