I would like to disable the seating and seat belt warning system in my 73. I have
aftermarket seats and belts and don't want to deal with this system. So can I tie
certain wires to ground or to each other to make the 914 brain happy?

I can post pictures of the wires when I get home.

Don't want to cut up my wiring harness too much.

Thanks,

John

Rich....I don't think that the system you described started untill '74. I had a '73 that didn't have it and my '74 I have now had it.....Maybe on a late '73?

Kconway.....There is one "hot" wire. It should be black/red stripe....find the hot one and seal it against grounding....Splice together the Yellow for the starter sol.
