I would like to disable the seating and seat belt warning system in my 73. I have
aftermarket seats and belts and don't want to deal with this system. So can I tie
certain wires to ground or to each other to make the 914 brain happy?

I can post pictures of the wires when I get home.

Don't want to cut up my wiring harness too much.

Thanks,

John

Here's what my '74 looks like where I removed the relay and wrapped all the wires. It all works fine.

Great pic Steve. As I said in post #6, tie the yellow wires for the starter together and seal the black/red stripe wires. It is the one that is hot with the key on.
