At what altitude points is it necessary to rejet carbs? Will a car coming from the SF Bay Area need to be rejetted in Reno (4500ft)?

Anyone go as far as to rejet their carbs for Atomic Ramble 07? If not, and you went on the drive up the Sandias, you made it to 10,400 ft without it (the crest is 10,700 or so, we were just below it).

As I recall, there was quite a bit of coughing and sputtering (until I finally passed Lauren Luckie and SLITS), but people made it up there!
