I just raced a new boxster and blew him out of the water on the 101 freeway(4 lane dead quiet) last night......looked down and 132 mph on my speedo. Holy SHHH****. That has to be the fastest that i have ever been. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/driving.gif)

GPS said 130mph on the autobahn outside of Kaiserslautern with a stock 76 2.0. It started getting pretty floaty at that speed.

I had my 1.8 up to 115 indicated before I backed off (she still had just a bit left), but the actual speed was probably 104.
GPS said 130mph on the autobahn outside of Kaiserslautern with a stock 76 2.0. It started getting pretty floaty at that speed. In 2003 got the opportunity to pilot a BMW M5 down the same stretch @ 270kph (approx 167mph) for a short distance. I just wanted to be able to say I had an M5 against the 6500rpm red-line in top gear (IMG:style_emoticons/default/aktion035.gif) That car would go no faster!!
