Hello,
Testing the waters to see if anyone has a 150-180 hp engine they are wanting to sell. I like driving the 914 but I want some more power to satisfy my hour commute. Scared of the price tag on the super hopped up TYPE IV's but was hoping someone had a backup engine lying around. Email me at phillipkj4athotmail.com replace the at with @ got a nasty virus from spam so I don't post it anymore. Thanks Phillip |

the older higher milage 3.0 sixes are 3-4000..180-200hp
while you might find a 3.2 for 5000 ...200+hp mostly find them on pelicanparts.com and plus conversion costs But the simplicity of popping in a 2056 is awfully enticing |

I have a 3.0 with 80K on it I can buy local for 3000. I have 2 911's with 3.0 so I am very familiar with that engine.I just don't have any of the conversion parts. I missed a 2056 a while back for 5k with a car attatched so I was hoping something like that would be available. |
