Just tried to post a couple of links in a reply.
They appear as text and not actual links to the websites. How do you insert a link? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/WTF.gif) |

Go to the website you want to link to, and copy the URL (web address) starting with http.
When you're typing a reply, type the text string that you want to make into a hyperlink. (You can really type your whole reply and go back to insert the hyperlinks when you're done typing.) Highlight the words that you want to turn into a link. Then click the button that looks like this: ![]() You'll get a pop-up window that asks for the Web address. Paste (CTRL+V) the web address that you copied earlier. Click OK. That automatically inserts the HTML tags to make your text into a link. In this example, I want these three words to be my link. |
