seemingly endless issues with my 914

Just tried to post a couple of links in a reply.
They appear as text and not actual links to the websites.
How do you insert a link?

Go to the website you want to link to, and copy the URL (web address) starting with http.

When you're typing a reply, type the text string that you want to make into a hyperlink. (You can really type your whole reply and go back to insert the hyperlinks when you're done typing.)

Highlight the words that you want to turn into a link. Then click the button that looks like this:Attached Image

You'll get a pop-up window that asks for the Web address. Paste (CTRL+V) the web address that you copied earlier. Click OK.

That automatically inserts the HTML tags to make your text into a link.


In this example, I want these three words to be my link.
