Looking at a car thats out of the DMV system and wondering if anyone has registered a car out of the system in CA.

When I did mine in 1994 I also had to get a smog certificate based on the year model of the engine in the car. Let's just say it was difficult to get the carb'd six engine certified... and costly.
Are those still required? |
