So much for the new tires I was going to buy. Rear ended a big Tahoe today. Went right under the bumper, barely a scratch on the SUV, but I bunged up my right front sheet metal, etc. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/barf.gif)
I'd been planning on some body and paint work for some time, so it looks like this will force my hand. Hate the idea of being off the road just when the sun is starting to come out. Any of you NW guys need some side work? The front end already had some slight damage from the PO: bumper tits, hood alignment, etc., so this means I have to finally move ahead with making it into the 914 I've always envisioned. Time to make lemonade. |

By now it should be completely obvious this was purely friends joking with each other. It should also be obvious that if Marc was not a mature and responsible driver, the nature of the jokes wouldn't make any sense at all.
Driver claiming back pain? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/bs.gif) The 914 slides just under the bumper barely scratching the SUV, and only gets this much damage to the turn signal area? No way there was enough impact to injure the driver. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/stromberg.gif) Best of luck Marc. |

Curt Now I have been told that even the slightest hit can upset your back when you get really really really old. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/lol-2.gif) I think Curt could have that all straightened out in no time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/beerchug.gif) Can use my garage to paint if you wish...or I can paint |
