burton73 made a great point about vibratory polishing, so much easier than doing it by hand. If you don't have one, you can put a make shift vibrator can together with, you guessed it, a paint can. Fill it with media, drop your part in it, duck tape a palm sander to the top and hang it from the ceiling by a rope. Plug it in and let it sit for a while (IMG:style_emoticons/default/wink.gif)
