A lot of us took a long 13mm socket and dremeled out a channel so the wire can avoid getting squashed.
I have removed and installed 3 lately, so I removed the injector connectors from the injectors, took off the injector pipes completely, then had all the room I needed to remove the rubber grommet and install the CHTS with nothing in the way. I then put the stuff back, and it took 10 minutes. Even in 100 degree heat. I also removed the deceleration valve and the MPS first. Makes for easy access. John |
