Attached Imagewith a lot of tracking down and finally going to e-bay in Germany I came across a very excelent 914 R/C body. I purchaced it through the german e-bay website and not knowing a bit of german just working the site as I do in the US (the formats the same just german) I was able to purchace. Its totally a great looking car. Its going to be a great companion to my 1972 914. granted its a 6 but what the hell its a 914. I have a 4.. I have contacted the company in germany and waiting to hear back. if any interest I will post what I have found out. I will inclose a photo of the painted model. oh by the way it comes with decals for the lights etc. and they are outstanding.

I'd like to make a few changes too as there are a lot of details missing that would be easy to replicate.

Which details?

Roof line, headlight eyebrows, bumper tops, etc. Then there's the whell opening. The one that's molded in is crappy. Look at the Martini car I did, the wheel opening is much more to scale.

I had attempted to vacuum form an interior piece but at the time I didn't have enough vacuum draw. Making the roof optional would be nice too.
