I need 20 to put this together.
These will ship in about 20 days from the time the group buy is complete. I had thought about tackling these as a project, but the quality and detail already in place with this kit couldn't be surpassed. This system is built like a frikin V2 rocket, totally over engineered, but a proven system, with attention to detail on every part. The only drawback is that there isn't a formal instruction sheet, I'm trying to put one together with the help of a few members here. Attached thumbnail(s) |

This headlight system eliminates the motors and makes raising the headlights a cable operation. Putting them back down is also a manual operation, you push each one down individually. This is a weight saving measure used on the GT cars in the early 70's.
I think perhaps the value in people like Mark and Eric Shea is that they took something many people needed and using their considerable talents, they made these things available to us. That takes passion and vision. Where George has fallen down on his self-appointed job as the World's number 1 914 Enthusiast is that he didn't do this in spite of his considerable resources and contacts. Instead of going after someone elses idea and trying to make it yours George, you should be working to clean up your business practices that cause the distrust in the first place. Stealing someone elses idea when they worked to make it happen is just energy you should have put into fixing your business practices. I have defended you George but you notice, I don't buy a lot from you. That is a trust issue. That is what you need to fix. Not the competition. |
