I'm guessing that those are not the original plates for that 914-6, because the sequence is well after my 73 2.0's 530GVS originally licensed in Nov. 72 ("U" vs. "G" would've been a year or more after mine)- unless it's a late sale new of a 71 or 72 into the 73 or later calendar year. It could've been an out-of-state (originally sold outside Calif.) then re-registered in CA in that UHI sequence, or a re-registration from whatever it's prior/original Calif. plate was when new, or it could be just some Calif Blue Plates stuck on there. I can check at AAA to see if it comes up on their DMV computer at all. BTW - I'm just getting back to my emails/PMs after the holiday, so answering your last PM on your -6 DMV info is next.
