a german friend found this car offered by a dealer and might be interested

does anybody know the car?
VIN, other numbers, history, ....

Also, one must ask if it was a Euro 914-6 without F sidemarkers & imported to the USA in the mid/late 1970's (ergo the later series blue CA plates), or if somebody "shaved" the sidemarkers!!?? (IMG:style_emoticons/default/confused24.gif)

Good point. It also lacks the US-only "PORSCHE" script on the engine lid. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/idea.gif)

And if the rear bumper is correct, it would indicate a early car rather than later. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/popcorn[1].gif)
